Last night several corporate partners joined me at a Meijer store and shopped with families in need. The CARE Ballet Company peformed for the kids attending and then we helped the families shop for food, household goods, winter clothing and Christmas gifts. Each of the families were so appreciative and touched! It warmed my heart to watch the faces of the children as they showed off their new boots, new mittens or special toy they selected. What an amazing feeling to be able to give to others. Be to watch “Where You Live” on December 13th to see this beautiful story!
