I really enjoy rollerblading ever since I modified my E300 razor electric scooter. It used to be a lot of work skating up hills and going long distances. Now it is fun to be pushed around by my modified E300. It's a pretty good workout at 15 mph.

my granddaughter had her picture taken with a gentleman from WOOD, how do I find that picture on your website? The instructions I received are hard to follow and I haven't found them. Please help!

there were a lot of photos taken of my children but they are not on here. will they be put on here at sometime. my girls had a blast and i would totally love some pictures of the excitement. this is the most wonderful thing for children and parents. this was our first time doing this and it was great. we plan on attending all of the future park partys in the holland/ grand haven area. thank you so much for the fun we shared at your park party maranda. god bless you and all those who showed up to make this day one of the best of the summer.

I'll check with our team to see if there are more photos. The kids may have been taped for our show airing this weekend as well. Be sure to watch "Where You Live" tomorrow at 7:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. on WOTV 4 and 6:30 p.m. on WOOD TV 8. I'm so glad you had a good time!!

I’ve been a part of the WOOD TV8 team since 2005. As Special Projects Producer, I work side by side with Maranda making things happen behind the scenes. I coordinate Maranda’s Park Parties each summer and produce a variety of station broadcasts and events through out the year. I also serve as the producer of Maranda’s weekly half-hour show, Where You Live. I love the variety of my job and getting to be a part of the impact Maranda is making on kids in our community! Outside of work, I've been married for seven years to my husband John and we have two beautiful daughters, Sophia and Stella. When I'm not busy trying to keep up with the kids, I spend "me time" reading fashion or celebrity magazines, sneaking in some good reality television, walking around Reeds Lake with girlfriends and exploring new restaurants with my hubby. Inspirations for my blog come from my daily life as a busy working mom -- trying to juggle a full time job and be a full time mom to a spitfire five year old and a new baby.
