It’s race week and the city of Grand Rapids is rockin’ with anticipation of the largest 25 K in the country!  The Fifth Third River Bank Run is a collection of races including Fifth Third Junior, the 5K Community Walk, the 5K Run, the 10K Run and the 25K Run.  There truly is something for everyone!  Race day is Saturday, May 8th and race officials expect over 20,000 participants, 2,500 volunteers and 35,000 spectators to be a part of the big event!    The “Where You Live” team will be all over this year’s race taping segments from the start line, the finish line and everything in between!  Special segments from 24 Hour News 8 Sports Director Jack Doles and Jason Terzis of 24 Hour News 8 will give extra depth and detail to the show.    Plus, we’ll have the chance for you to win one of two $100 Fifth Third Bank Gift Cards during the show.   Watch our “Where You Live” Fifth Third River Bank Run Special this Saturday at 7:30 p.m. on WOTV 4 and WOOD TV 8.
