		<description>This time I year, I find myself making up excuses not to work out.  It&#039;s too cold, too dreary and I&#039;d much rather hibernate inside until spring :)  But, with the 10,000 Steps program I really don&#039;t have any excuses!  Wearing a pedometer is simple and inexpensive.  Plus, you can almost make a game out reaching your goal each day.  I&#039;m going to sign up today!</description>
