I've made both the Chicken & Artichoke Pizza and the White Chicken Chili and they're both quick, easy and delicious. In fact, the chili I did right in my crockpot, which was really simple. Those who know me know that I don't cook much and when I do it's pretty basic stuff. So, you can imagine my family's surprise and joy when I whipped these up!
