Anyone who makes time to mentor, tutor, or otherwise help kids is a hero in my book. Thanks for encouraging folks to get involved. If I may I'd like to add a quick note of my own, plus a link to a video. It's a story by Joseph about how he observed a group of kids and suddenly realized that one of them could be the "next Einstein".
